We're looking for a Digital Optimisation Analyst to support the Product Operations Experience Lead in maintaining our digital experimentation program by driving delivery of the A/B and MVT test roadmap based on business objectives and overarching team strategy.

As a Digital Optimisation Analyst, you will help to support our Digital Experience Product team, as well as local Banners in the build, monitoring and analysis of experiments as we test new features and experiences with a focus on improving the customer journey while enhancing revenue. This role also acts as a key support in driving program visibility, understanding and efficiency via cross-functional program communication.

You are someone with a genuine curiosity for data and are passionate about testing and the power of a robust experiment. You are a strong communicator and a force for first-in-line partner support on all things experimentation such as refining hypotheses, test design, analyse and presentation of results to partners. Harnessing the power of insight, you'll help drive practical recommendations that feed into a program of continuous improvement.

You will be a clear problem solver with vision, energy, attention to detail, and a drive to learn and improve yourself and others. Work directly with both Kingfisher product owners and local Banner customers to support implementation and prioritisation of a complex hybrid testing program of both server side and client-side tests

Clearly create and define test requests, making sure all requirements are captured in the early stages to support the build, clarifying any potential issues and raising concerns where appropriate.

Collaborate with the group digital analyst team to measure the commercial and digital experience (NPS) impact of experiments

Regularly update partners on the progress of relevant tests as well as sharing results with the wider business upon completion.

Analyse the results of A/B and multivariant tests, harnessing insight and producing practical recommendations that feed into the product teams

Developing an expertise of testing/optimisation best practices and using this knowledge to advocate testing across the business.

Identifying areas of the e-commerce customer experience with high testing potential.

Help champion Product Operations cross-team collaboration and alignment by supporting and facilitating cross-function program communication and documentation across all Kingfisher partners.

Work directly with the Product Operations Experience Lead to establish and maintain testing program governance and operational excellence guidelines

Knowledge / skills / experience required

Good understanding of ecommerce principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Competent in all aspects of the analytical process including scoping analysis, briefing of results, development of relevant and concrete recommendations and presentation of results.

Understanding of A/B testing and experience working with A/B and MVT testing tools.

Experience using data to identify trends, generate insights, and problem solve.

Strong commercial savvy.

Be highly numerical and analytical with strong proficiency in Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams, set shared goals and deliverables and drive overall success independent of organisational boundaries.

Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience of working in delivery of IT change within a digital environment.

Prior experience with Programming Languages (SQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS), JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, Power BI and Contentsquare would be helpful, but not crucial.
