This aerospace manufacturer has big growth plans in the coming years and due to continued workload are looking for a lead offline programmer to join the team.

Within this role you will be leading a team of programmers ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity within the business. There are opportunities to train & broaden your hands on knowledge whilst leading the department.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience using CATIA within either Aerospace or F1 and ideally have some supervisory or leadership experience.

The Role:

*Lead CAD/CAM Programmer

*Supervision of the offline programming department

*Key decision maker within the business

*Opportunities to upskill yourself through training

*Support other engineers development

*Ensure efficiency and productivity throughout the manufacturing process

The Person:

*Experienced offline programmer

*Some supervisory experience

*Working understanding of CATIA

*Any knowledge of Vericut or EdgeCAM beneficial
