Be a part of a technology driven organisation undergoing a major organisation-wide business change transformation. Client DetailsA technology driven, forward=thinking organisation looking to on-board a HR/Payroll Programme Manager on a 2 year fixed term contract to take ownership of their portfolio of projects and implement a new HR/Payroll system into the organisation.DescriptionThroughout the HR and Payroll transformation you will organise the programme in line with the vision aligned with the organisation's strategy. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ascertain best practice to HR and Payroll systems, e-recruitment systems and document storage solutions. You will be required to scope the transformation programme to identify the Art of the possible' and what needs to be done. Ensure that related policies and processes are challenged, reviewed and revised where necessary, You will develop a clear benefits realisation strategy based on the expected outcomes of the programme and ensure the Sponsor and others are working towards those outcomes. You will ensure internal consistency within the programme and ensure external relationships are nurtured to benefit the programme. You will manage a medium sized portfolio of projects some of which are in-flight. You will oversee a whole range of technology, processes and policies that the organisation has an ambition to create. You will define a number of initial steps for the HR and Payroll Transformation Programme. You will be responsible for verifying these steps. ProfileThe successful candidate will have experience implementing an HR/payroll system or had experience implementing a new system during a digital transformation. You will have demonstrable success in building a delivery team from internal and external resources and had responsibility for the long term delivery of a transformation programme including governance and managing a wide range of stakeholders.Job OfferIn return you will be offered a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum depending on experience; working from home options, flexible working opportunities, a very competitive pensions package and a generous amount of annual leave and closure days.
