As a Recruiter, we're looking for:-

Experience recruiting in the IT / Technology market (ideally recruiting for Test candidates skilled in Automation, Performance, Cloud or DevOps).

Previous experience searching for niche skills in the market and attracting passive candidates.

Must be comfortable to recruit using LinkedIn (paid package) as your main recruitment tool.

The drive to maximise direct recruitment via your own creative sourcing techniques.

Sound understanding of Boolean search.

The ability to make immediate impact, achieving permanent recruitment targets.

The willingness to take ownership of projects and requirements.

Working with KPI's / KPI driven

Happy to work to own autonomy.
