SEO Manager Our Client is a machine-learning based predictive logistics platform for businesses to execute, track, collaborate, predict and optimize the movement of goods.   The platform empowers global leaders like DHL, Walmart, Amway, Wayfair, Hilti, Tata Steel, Blue Dart and many more with efficiency and operational intelligence to achieve growth, happier customers and higher margins. For the past 10yrs the company has matured into a well-acknowledged player facilitating 10+ million transactions per day across 20+ countries for more than 150+ customers. Our client is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable technical SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager to join their Marketing team!   In this role as SEO, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the SEO strategy.   As their online presence is extremely important for the success of business, the SEO position will play a huge role in driving their business' growth and success. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization Regularly perform thorough keywords research Identify key SEO KPIs Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs Prepare and present reports regularly Identify their buyer persona to better target identified audiences Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization Collaborate with web developers and marketing team Stay up to date with latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices Requirements Experience & Knowledge MUST HAVES: On-Page SEO (Advanced) Off-Page SEO (Advanced) B2B SEO Worked on websites from US & European countries Semantic SEO Content SEO Solid commercial experience, but still moving up in career Proven success in SEO Experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development Expertise in A/B and other testing methods In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skill Great interpersonal and communication skills Benefits
