Job DescriptionSalesforce Technical architect needed for a global Salesforce end-user in the Telecommunications industry. After a period of success and growth the organization is looking to include a Salesforce Architect for their Netherlands office around which a Salesforce team will be built.At this role the selected candidate will be working at an international, innovative and growing company with some of the latest Salesforce products and technologies. This well-established global organization has great growth plans in the EU region and is aiming to build a Salesforce team for their Netherlands office.The candidate will have the responsibility of managing Salesforce Architecture but will also be expected to collaborate with other business teams in order to participate in strategy and development of the Salesforce platform for the business.

Job tasksDesigning and building Salesforce solutions responding to business needs and technology potentialConnects business requirements to technical requirementsUnderstands the scope of the project and allocates the appropriate resourcesIdentify and recommend Salesforce-based solutions, integration points, and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability, and performanceEngaged in practice development initiativesEnsure clear and effective communication with existing or concurrent projectsAdvise and mentor CRM technical staff on best practices for Salesforce implementationProvide consultative guidance on system capabilities and address any functional issuesBuild employee knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise through the development of training course and mentoring
