Our Community Hubs are integral to making this change. We are currently looking for an IT Cluster Manager to work with our schools across the Midlands on a permanent, full-time basis. The Role As the IT Cluster Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our IT service operations in the midlands. You will offer support to the Regional Service Delivery Manager by ensuring an efficient ICT service is facilitated at all times. Whilst making on-site visits to local academies, you will work to train IT staff, manage projects and resolve hardware and software incidents. Additionally, you will provide communications for IT and academy leadership teams. About You To be considered as the IT Cluster Manager, you will need: - Proven experience in a senior IT role
- Knowledge or experience of using a service software package and working to SLAs
- Strong technical skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- An ITIL Foundation qualification
- A full, valid driving licence and access to own transport Please note, this role requires occasional evening work and regular travel to multiple sites.
