£22,000-£26,000 + Training + Holiday + Pension + Benefits

Excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst or 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join a well-established industry powerhouse offering variety and challenge, learning and training opportunities, and the opportunity to get involved in various, large-scale projects.

In this role you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff across multiple divisions. You will be site-based (just outside of Stirling) and use a ticketing system as well scheduling walk-ins and hardware collection in order to get hands-on with certain problems. You will support Active Directory, Office 365, and various other software and applications.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially experienced Service Desk Analyst or 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer, or be a recent University Graduate with an interest in Support. Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 is essential, so are strong communication skills.

The Role:

*Providing 1st / 2nd Line Support

*Site-based

*Scheduling times to get hands on with tech (laptops/phones etc.)

*Supporting Active Directory, Office 365 and other software

The Person:

*Experienced or University Educated

*Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory

*Strong communication skills

*Commutable to just outside Stirling (Own vehicle required)
