Sr. Salesforce Developer | Fully Remote | Up to 180k OTE Salary: $165-180k OTELocation: Fully RemoteTechnology: Salesforce.comJob Type: Permanent An expanding company in the higher-ed space is looking to add a Sr. Salesforce Developer to their team who will come in and make an immediate impact while working alongside the CRM Manager. ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce Lightning platform leveraging declarative and programmatic features where appropriatePassionate about solving difficult problems using modern development tools and frameworksPartner with business stake holders including product owners and other cross functional teams to ensure business needs are addressedTake ownership of project outcomes and strive to deliver intuitive experiences for usersWork alongside other senior leadership to expand and built out a strong Salesforce Org Basic Qualifications5+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning componentsFamiliar with declarative Salesforce featuresUnderstanding of the standard Salesforce data modelKnow when custom objects may be requiredExperience working through all stages of the application life-cycleProven ability to quickly learn technical concepts and apply themUnderstand of the importance of clean code, integrated testing, and following design best practices Mason Frank International is the global leader for Salesforce.com recruitment, supporting more Salesforce.com jobs than any other agency.
