 French speaking MS365 Fast Track Engineer

We are looking for a thoughtful, analytical and highly energised French speaking MS365 Fast Track Engineer. This position is home based, permanent and full time. This role is at Consultant to Senior Consultant. This role can also be a permanent or 18 months fixed term, depending on your preferred choice. 

Please ONLY apply if you speak proficient  French  and will be able to perform business tasks in the before mentioned languages.

What is Fast Track?

FastTrack is a service provided by Microsoft that helps customers onboard Microsoft Cloud solutions and drive user adoption. Customers with eligible subscriptions to Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure will use Fast Track services.

About the role:

In our team, we are heavily customer focused people with true passion for handling technical aspects of onboarding customers! You will assess customer environment, network, and software to identify the steps to take, needed for a smooth and efficient cloud onboarding and migration. You have a passion to act as a technical advisor and enjoy resolving issues that arise during the onboarding phases.

Day to day work:

As M365 Fast track engineer:

You will engage customers that purchase Microsoft 365 and accompanying cloud services.

You establish, grow and drive strategic relationships with the customer's IT infra, Security and business partners.

You map business scenarios to technology solutions, manage and remove business or technical deployment challenges and lead with an identity driven security approach.

You are responsible for enablement of the technical features that drive consumption of the deployed service.

About you:

You have broad experience with Microsoft 365/ EMS/ Windows 10/ Office Pro Plus technical experience, with strong understanding of office 365 Architecture.

You understand and can describe the key attributes of core cloud concepts (Paas, SaaS, IaaS) and how Microsoft's offerings (M365/Azure) align

You clearly articulate Microsoft cloud identity (cloud only/hybrid) and authentication options

You enjoy working in a collaborative team, have good communication skills and organisational skills and ability to mentor colleagues

You are proficient in English and German / French / Spanish / Italian
