You can become part of an inclusive and modern organisation with plenty of opportunity to progress and develop further.DescriptionTechnical Security Information Officer (Broadcast) - Telecoms Role Profile The Technical Information Security Officer, reporting into the Head of Technical Security Assurance Practice, will lead the engagement with functions to identify and assess the client's technical security risks, and plan and manage the completion of allocated technical security consultancy assignments and associated resources.As an expert in your area, you will be up to date on all current affairs and global events, advising the business on security and mitigating risk. You will excel in building strong working relationships with all stakeholders, influencing where necessary, and finding solutions to improve. Your key responsibilities will include:Support functions with the interpretation and embedding of the technical aspects of the client's information security strategy within their individual functions strategiesOwn domain specific horizon scanning to ensure security can enhance innovation, improve productivity and ultimately drive revenue.Enable functions to integrate and embed the technical requirements of the client's information security management systems and supporting frameworks within their functions technical solutions and processes,Work with functions and their stakeholders to continuously improve the client's cyber security maturity through the embedding of technical information security solutions.Support functions to raise exceptions against the client's ISMS, and liaise with the Threat and Incident Response team and functions to scope penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, technical reviews, evaluate results and drive on appropriate remedial actions.ProfileTechnical Security Information Officer (Broadcast) - Telecoms Must HavesExtensive knowledge of a broad range of technical security architecture and standards such as:- NIST Cyber Security Framework, Network Information Systems Directive (NIS-D), ISO27002:2013, Cloud Security Alliance Standard.Proven track record of embedding information security best practises within the broadcast sector.At least two of the following: Professional qualifications (mandatory): CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF, CCSA/CCSP, CCNA security /CCDP security /CCNP, CEHMight HavesExperience of working in government or other highly regulated environments.
