Our Community Hubs are integral to making this change. We are currently looking for a Cluster Information Manager to lead in the management of our data and information. The Role As our Cluster Information Manager, you will ensure the effective management of information across our school cluster in Kent. Managing access and permissions, providing guidance to staff and supporting the resolution of any data management issues, you will be responsible for the accurate and complete entry of staff and student information into the system. Supporting academy administrative teams in the effective management and utilisation of all data platforms, you will act as the key data adviser to academy leadership teams within the cluster. Your role will also involve: - Supporting the production and maintenance of timetables and the MIS system
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of exam results
- Developing and implementing strategic and operational data analysis systems About You To be considered as our Cluster Information Manager, you will need: - Significant experience of the administration of an IT system, application or service
- Demonstrable experience working with a computerised management information system
- Experience of producing accurate data analysis using Excel
- Knowledge of the regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to the administration of schools and academies
- Excellent general ICT and MS Office skills
- Good troubleshooting, statistical and analytical skills
- A minimum of GCSE maths and English at A* - C or equivalent Any Level 3 qualifications would be beneficial to your application, as would IT accreditations in relevant areas, such as MS Office, ITIL service management, MS SQL and/or MS PowerBI. Experience working in a school or academic setting would also be advantageous, as would previous IT systems management experience. Experience working in either a service desk or ITIL environment would also be favourable, as would experience of Bromcom MIS systems.
