Role & Responsibilities Manage their financial systems such as NetSuite and Zuora to support the process of order to cash Assess current policies and procedures and develop/implement procedural enhancements related to the billing processWork with accounts receivable team, Sales and Sales Operations to assist invoicing and resolve any billing issues
