Our role:
We are looking for a passionate Optimisation Executive to join our growing Optimisation team at The White Company.
The role will be helping oversee the smooth running and delivery of our onsite campaigns and experiments - from ideation to co-ordination, sign-off and more.
You will have a specific focus on scaling up our personalisation deliverables and be excited to champion an optimisation mindset across the business to help build the profile of the team and increase the level of opportunities.
Working alongside our Optimisation Manager, Digital Analyst and Front-End Developer, you'll also work closely with Trade and Content teams, as well as cross-functionally with UX, UI and wider development teams - all driven to help improving the customer journey, experiences and conversion.
Duties and Responsabilities:
Day-to-day management of our Optimisation roadmap across thewhitecompany.com.
Taking ownership of the delivery process - ensuring campaigns are fully tested and sign off, and go live inline with agreed priorities and deadlines
Responsible for owning and helping scale up personalisation - through ideation, scoping, briefing to delivery - working with Insight teams, Analysts, UX and Developers.
Working closely with various internal stakeholders and teams from across the business, juggling campaigns of different priorities, complexities and sizes
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure an engaged approach to all campaigns
Logging all campaign activity to ensure accountability of campaign dates, details and results
Creating engaging campaign material ready for distribution to relevant stakeholders
Establish an Optimisation hub - a central place for anyone across the business to easily access and understand campaign material - covering past, current and future campaigns
Managing and prioritising inbound briefs - and owning next steps
Proactively share new ideas and opportunities to the Optimisation team to help shape the Optimisation roadmap - driven from insight, trends, competitor research and more to help a continuous flow of campaign activity
Skills and Experience
Experience in overseeing the running and delivery of a roadmap (or digital workstream equivalent) - ideally one that has involved AB testing or Personalisation
Proven ability to manage different priorities
Experience working closely with Developers and Product Owners
Understanding of key Optimisation and testing principles
Understanding of testing tools (i.e. Adobe Target, Optimizely) as well as analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Experience of using analytical data to inform decisions
Ideally use of communication tools such as Trello, Monday, JIRA
