Admin Assistant - Kickstart SchemeGreater London
£18,000 - £21,000 per annum
Candidates must qualify for the Kickstart Scheme (Aged between16-24 and currently receiving Universal Credit)
We are a well-established educational consultancy business that offer in-person and online educational support as well as other services.
We are looking for a new admin assistant to join the team. Your role will include onboarding new tutors and making sure that we have all the documents needed for them to start work. There will also be the opportunity to work with the company director on recruitment.
The role can be expanded to include SM management if this is something that interests you. Full training will be provided.
This is a fully remote role so candidates can apply from anywhere in the UK.
Ideal skills, experience, and qualifications:
*Excellent communication and copy writing skills.
*An ability to multitask and be flexible to meet the changing demands of the role.
*Organised and responsible to work independently.
*You must qualify for the government Kickstarter Scheme.
*You must have access to a computer, good internet access and be confident collaborating online.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract (which can be extended if both parties wish) and for 25 hours per week (days are flexible). You will be working from home. 
Please note to qualify for the Kickstart Programme you need to:
1. Be between the age of 16-24, living in England or Wales
2. Currently receiving Universal Credit
3. Have the right to work in the UK
Number of hours per week: 25
Working hours are flexible to fit around the ideal candidates other commitments. All work can be conducted remotely, however some in person meetings and brainstorming sessions may take place, depending on arrangements relating to Covid-19. We will cover any expenses incurred and will be working closely with the candidate to empower them to work independently.
Hourly rate of pay - National Minimum Wage plus performance bonuses.
We are commited to providing a well-rounded placement for the candidate where they can hone their IT, SM, communication and organisational skills. Time will be allocated for CPD where the successful candidate can engage in supported self-study in online programs and websites such as Canva, LinkedIn, Facebook Business Suite, Hootsuite, Monday etc. There will also be time ring-fenced each week with one of the managers to discuss performance, goals and upcoming tasks.
