Their philosophy of 'service beyond the call' delivers a high level of support to all their client's communications and data management requirements.About the role:Monitor Lockton LANDesk Service Desk to check whether there is any pending call, check every 1 hour, depending on call volumeResolve pending callsDesktop Services Room MaintenanceParts stock management and logisticsAt the end of the day add a note to any pending calls in the HelpdeskPC builds with SmartDeploySetting up in place a new prebuilt desktop PCSetting up in place a new Thin Client (Wyse Box), referred as VDI project desktop setupInstalling monitor support arms.
