Data Engagement Manager - up to 25% Bonus - Fully Remote UK wideEffectively lead and motivate a team of skilled Data Engagement Analysts and Administrators who facilitate all data related engagement activity into EDS from company wide projects or change activity. Responsible for leading the design and growth of the EDS Work Reception process as well as the coordination and strong collaboration with stakeholders regarding required EDS support. Ensures that initial data requests are aligned to the Data Strategy and associated governance framework. Ensures that project/department goals/objectives are met. Has full authority for personnel actions and will be empowered to challenge the status quo and make a massive impact on the successful deployment of the Data Strategy. Strive to deliver best-in-class EDS engagement experience for our customers.What you'll be responsible for:Helping set the vision for the area in terms of how Data Engagement can help our colleagues engage better with EDS and what services EDS can provide support in.Develop & inspire a new team of Data Engagement Analysts and Administrators, setting out a clear range of services and objectives.Leading and developing colleagues to deliver excellent results, supported by and within the guidance of people policies and performance development frameworks.Communicate across the enterprise on the role of Data Engagement by collaborating and pro-actively working with the business & colleagues to educate on the EDS capabilities, ways of working, existing technologies, the use thereof.Developing and growing the EDS engagement process to deliver a best-in-class engagement experience for customers.Identifying and delivering innovative improvements to our services and processes.Understanding and implementing key elements of risk and controls management that are defined within our governance framework and processes.Responsible for the co-ordination of change requests including the identification and allocation across multiple EDS teams, from impact assessment and development, through to the root to live and sign-off process.Ensuring operational readiness for programmes, projects, IT releases and small changes impacting EDS.Point of contact for coaching & training requests.Ensuring appropriate SME input and consolidating EDS support requirements by work type.Identifying opportunities to drive consistency or make improvements through project/change activity.Responsible for understanding and developing the EDS NPS score through communication/ presentations /attendance at various forums/meetings to explain EDS and the services provided.What you'll bring:Experience in managing a multi skilled team.Project and Change Management including Development Life CycleStakeholder Management and EngagementStrong industry and banking knowledgeTechnical with comprehensive understanding of the lifecycle of dataProven in building networks and relationships across functions.Reporting technologies:3+ years of data experience2+ team management experienceTo discuss further please email [email protected] or call 0191 814 7785
