Agile Team Lead London / WfH to £90k

Agile Team Lead (Front End Games Scrum) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a tech savvy Agile Lead? You could be professing your career in a senior role at a global games software house.

As an Agile Team Lead you will lead a Front End development team. You'll be responsible for supporting the career development of your team by providing guidance and mentoring whilst also conducting training sessions and performance reviews. You'll facilitate the day to day processes and coach the team towards an Agile way of working with a focus on product delivery. Although this is a hands-off role, you will be required to have a technical background to enable you to support the developers, get involved in pair programming, provide expertise and coach through technical issues.

The company is a technical innovator; you'll be solving challenging technical problems within distributed environments using modern practices and driving continuous improvement of the team through setting standards and demonstrating best practice.

There's a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home you'll be based in awesome offices in Central London with a wide range of facilities and flexibility to work from home for part of the week (1-2 days).

Requirements:

You have leadership / mentoring experience and enjoy helping others to learn and develop their skillset

You have a strong knowledge of Agile and have previously acted as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Delivery Manager

You have a good knowledge of JavaScript, React and Redux; HTML5

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to achieve buy-in and inspire others
