DescriptionMarket Data Analyst - Investment Management Main PurposeManage Market Data administration globally. Ensure MDM is accurately maintained for all contracted spend and agreed allocations. Provide an excellent service to the business by managing requests for service access and cost reporting. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all exchange reporting and declarations including Bpipe and DAD reportsEnsure exchange compliance and maintain correct contracts with direct exchangesManage Bloomberg terminals firm wide, including all orders and relocationsManage exchange data on MDM with responsibility for data structure, all inputs, data integrity and creation of reportsBe the lead on exchange audit preparationAssist in the preparation of budgets and regular business reportingApprove all market data invoices against approved contracted spendProfileMarket Data Analyst - Investment Management Key Skills & ExperienceRelevant Market Data experience at a buy or sell side firmExposure to exchange reporting and auditsDegree qualified or equivalentExperience with inventory systems ideally MDMFamiliar with invoicing Keen to learn new systems, and improve processesJob OfferA highly competitive basic salary plus comprehensive firm-wide employee benefits.
