Open Application - Copenhagen: 2021 was one of the most active years I have seen in this market for quite some time. We have seen companies open their minds to more roles, better offers, more staff focus and to smarter growth plans.We don't see 2022 being any different when it comes to opportunities in the market. What we do forecast, is there being a higher number of applicants for each live job - so what does that mean? If each company has more applicants it means there is less chance of your application getting a proper look over, meaning a higher chance of someone else beating you to that job.With this in mind I want to open my mind to try help more people find their next dream role.
