Location - Remote - UK Based

Daily rate - £550/day PAYE - £705/day Umbrella

Start date - ASAP

Contract - 11 Months

Our financial services client is currently seeking experienced Lead Analysts to join their team due to additional workload. The role of the Lead Analyst within Collections & Recoveries (C&R) UK CMB (Commercial Banking) will be to monitor the performance of collections and recoveries activities for UK CMB customers with debt, primarily a Small Business Banking customer base, via a new team.

They are seeking 3 Analysts who will have a focus on different areas:

1 x Visualisation expert - with Qliksense experience

2 x SAS Analysis expert

Key Responsibilities:Formulating the business problem and translating this into an actionable strategic or analytic plan incorporating full benefits including resource impacts where applicableEnsuring that analytical output and the collections and recoveries deployment changes made follow FIM, TCF and regulatory guidance.Pro-actively analysing to identify operational improvement opportunitiesManaging individual analytical and modelling projects from inception to delivery in collaboration with onshore and offshore resources.Supporting as a lead analyst on various project initiatives within the department spaceDesign, build and test of new processes, involving operational teams, including process maps and documentation.

Key Requirements:An excellent knowledge of the credit life cycle, collections and underwriting practice and understands the market positioning of UK CMB products.Strong proficiency in SAS & SQL, with some knowledge of PythonBanking knowledge and experience is required for this role.Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with multiple stake holder at any one time.The ability to use data to challenge current work practices and the ability to present complex concepts in a way tailored to the audience in a persuasive and compelling wayAn understanding of development best practices with experience in creating flow-diagrams and documentation of analytics processes.Visualisation experience would be an advantage, specifically in QlikSense
