IT Service Delivery Analyst We're looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a large PLC who are going through significant operational and technical change and transformation. In addition to the basic salary, there is a generous benefits package, bonus and flexible/remote working available. The organisation and this opportunity will provide a very interesting and varied role - your position within the organisation will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving services for a large enterprise organisation who are continuing to transform and expand.This is a non technical role however an understanding and appreciation of IT service desks, IT change and problem management and IT transformation projects would be highly beneficial. Any knowledge / experience of ITIL methodologies, supplier / vendor management, report generation and proven experience of IT Service Delivery within enterprise environments will be highly beneficial, along with a willingness to work closely with other stakeholders, management and technical team members in ensuring efficient and resilient IT Services are in place across the organisation.If you feel you have the required skills and experience and are interested to hear further details about the role and organisation, please apply today.
