An excellent role on offer for a Network Supervisor looking to join a rapidly expanding company where you will supervise a team of engineers, whilst undergoing specialist training and development.

Are you from a construction, utilities or civils background? Have you got a valid NRSWA ticket? Have you got experience of supervising a team?

This company specialise in the high quality communication networks that connect millions of properties across the UK. They have recently signed a contract worth over £100m to install their services across Southern England. They have ambitious plans to continue their growth and are looking for a Supervisor who will be instrumental in this growth.

In this role you will be field based where you will supervise 8 engineers to ensure performance and quality standards are maintained at all times. You will also be responsible to ensure all processes are followed to ensure work packages are handed over within the agreed customer SLA.

This role would ideally suit an individual that has supervised a team in a construction, utilities or civils industry, who is looking for continuous training and development where you will become an industry specialist.

The Role:

Field supervision of 8 engineers

Working from home

Deal with Quality Auditing and Health & Safety standards

£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

Must have a valid NRSWA ticket

Must have experience of managing a team

Full driver's license
