Java Developer / Full Stack Software Engineer London / WfH to £95k

Java Developer / Full Stack Software Engineer (Java Spring JavaScript API) *Hybrid WfH / Remote*. Are you a technologist seeking a role where you can work across the full tech stack in a modern microservices environment?

You could be joining a dynamic, high growth scale-up FinTech whose suite of products is used by banks, equity and law firms in the mergers and acquisitions space and progressing your career.

As a Java Developer you will design and develop Greenfield systems, introducing new features and functionality. You'll be a senior member of a high performing Agile development team with exposure to a range of technologies across the full stack from Java 8/9, SpringBoot and MongoDB through to React on the frontend, with roughly a 50/50 split.

The company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work fulltime from anywhere in the UK with the caveat that following social distancing measures you'll join the team once a month in the London office for a meet-up.

Requirements:

You have strong core Java backend development skills

You have experience working with microservices, SpringBoot

You have a good knowledge of NoSQL databases, MongoDB preferred

You have a good knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ

You have experience with frontend or an interest in working with JavaScript frameworks such as modern Angular (9+) and / or React

You have a good knowledge of RESTful APIs

You're collaborative with great communication skills
