The candidate must have previous Contract Manager experience, have exceptional man management skills and a good record of quality. The sites will comprise of open market sale plots and HA plots. Traditional build and timber frame construction methods will be used on 2 and 3 storey housing and apartments. The position would suit an established Contracts Manager, that can demonstrate the ability to deliver development and contracting housing schemes, taking overall responsibility for contract control and monthly reporting into the regional office.
