Lead Software Developer London to £90k
Lead Software Developer (Java Microservices AWS Agile). Successful software house that creates verification software products is seeking a talented Lead Software Developer to join their team. You'll be working alongside a team of passionate engineers where you will tackle a range of technical challenges.
As a Lead Software Developer you'll lead a successful engineering team, offering guidance to junior team developers and providing constructive feedback to through code reviews and collaboration. You'll help the team to design and develop high quality features for the company's verification platform utilising a range of technologies including Java, SpringBoot, Microservices and AWS.
The team are currently fully remote however, post Covid you will be required to go work from the London based office 1 - 2 days a week.
Requirements:
A talented Java Developer with good knowledge of SpringBoot
Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture
Good knowledge of AWS
Previous experience mentoring / leading a development team
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
