The IT Manager will direct and control the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company's Information Technology Systems to support the business objectives & the future growth plans.Client DetailsMichael Page are delighted to be partnering with successful Retail Business based in Warrington.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop & Implement an IT strategy to support the financial and business objectives of the CompanyDevelop appropriate computerised information systems to meet the needs of Managers and teams including NAV/Business Central, CRM and any others as applicableDevelop the reporting landscape from Reactive to Proactive looking into a self serve environment using Jet Analytics & Power BIProject manage all IT related changes and developments effectively and to targetDirect and manage the IT team to ensure they are properly motivated and trained and meet the required standards in order to carry out their responsibilities effectivelyEstablish & Maintain all necessary IT procedures and ensure all systems are supported by the necessary documentation, manuals and recordsHelp to define IT training needs and to deliver as required to ensure the correct and effective use of our systems and equipmentIdentify areas in which the introduction of technology will improve business performance and assist Managers and teams with the implementation of new systemsDevelop a programme of maintenance and support for all IT Systems to ensure minimum down time and fast resolution of any problems.Provide advice and support to Managers and Staff on IT related issuesMaintain an awareness of developments in IT and ensure that the Company makes use of any relevant advancementsTo carry out any such other duties that may be reasonably requested of youProfileKey Skills & Experience:Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central (ESSENTIAL)Good Knowledge of Infrastructure & FirewallsBackup & Business ContinuityGDPRCyber SecurityManagement at Mid - Senior LevelOffice 365/Teams/YammerDynamics 365 (preferred but not essential)Sana E-commerce (preferred but not essential)Manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)Job OfferSalary: £55,000 - £65,000
