Description: Exciting semiconductor company is seeking a DFT Engineer to join their team. Within the role as DFT Engineer you will be responsible for working with multi-site teams to drive the design implementation, simulations and to successful tape-outs. Key Responsibilities:Driving the DFT architectures, methodologies and tool flows for complex multi-million gate designs with Analog/high bandwidth SerDes designsGood understanding of ATE, Wafer bring up debug issues and drive the test engineering team for successful Silicon bring up and test program developmentDefine the test plan by closely working with the team and developing functional/structural tests for final/wafer test program developmentQualifications:
University Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields of Electronics, Communications, Computer SciencesCirca 5-10 years' experience in chip designWorked on multiple successful design tape-outs with advanced technology nodes (nm)Strong experience in RTL design, advanced Design For Testability methodologies, knowledge of STA and verificationExperience in SoC and mixed-signal high speed designs, multi clock/power domain architecturesConfident user of EDA tools in the area of DFT, Synthesis, STA, Simulation toolsExpert knowledge in System Verilog, RTL CodingGood understanding of chip level architecture SoC, ASICScripting Knowledge in Python/Shell/TCL etc.,Industry Standard DFT architectures/methodologiesFor more information, please contact Rob Hudson @ IC Resources
