Senior Physical Design Engineer Main responsibilitiesphysical design of ASICs, including block level floorplan, route and place, CTS, physical verification, etc.module-level perl/TCL/Shell script development and improvement for design automation.module-level ECO realization and the subsequent physical verification.low-power physical design, and help find solutions for problems related to leakage, power integrity, signal integrity, DFM/DFT, etc.Minimum Qualification
Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related field.Strong experiences in all aspects of physical design.Proven tapeout records of physical design and sign-off for high-speed IP/SoC in 28nm and below technology nodes.Experienced in low-power design techniques, power integrity analysis and related design revision, familiar with UPF/CPF.Proficient in analysis and optimisation with OCV, LVF, MMMC,Understand the whole digital back-end flow, like synthesis, static timing analysis, formal verification, DFT, etc.
