Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst A well organisation within the food packing industry is looking to add a D365 systems analyst to their team. Ideally a candidate who as client facing abilities as well proficiency gathering business requirements and building assessments.The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining Microsoft Dynamics, provide training and support to the Firm's CRM users. Responsibilities include but not limited to Manage business and technical requirements around dynamics CRM Support ongoing D365 implementations Serve as a liaison between business and technology to translate business solutions, designs, and processes into developmentIdentifying business solutions and deploying services through the Dynamics 365 software Be the cross-functional expert between the technical and functional Team Qualifications2+ years of experience with dynamics CRM or D3652+ years of relevant business analysis experience Ability to perform business report using tools such as SSRS, SSIS etc Some knowledge of Power Platforms (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI)Excellent communications and client facing skillssome experience with click dimensions is preferable As we Proficient in Microsoft word, power point and excel is required Benefitsremote flexibility with some travelling 401k PTOHealth/Dental/vision InsuranceHSAPossibility for quarterly bonusesHealth AccountPaid Holidays etc...
