Dynamics CRM Marketing Specialist My client is a consultancy based in New York that is looking to hire a Dynamics CRM Marketing Specialist (remotely).The CRM Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the Dynamics 365 CRM system and is key for the organization's sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities- Be an essential member of CRM implementation team and ensure the success of the Dynamics CRM system for the organization and end users.- Support the integration and rollout of the D365 for Marketing applications.- Ensure the success of the marketing and sales teams by maximizing and enhancing the system to exceed business goals.- Manage the Dynamics CRM system including configurations, workflows, implementations and D365 integrations, testing, as well as other system administration tasks.- Continuously maintain and improve the system by analyzing functionality, troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades and backups.- Provide user training, promote best practices, create documents and present information to stakeholders and users. Requirements- 3+ years' experience with IT Systems Administration.- 2+ years' hands-on experience with D365 CE/Dynamics CRM online.- D365 CE Skills: Power Platform, PowerApps, Sales, Marketing, Project Service Automation, Customer Service are a plus!- Successful candidates will be team players with great communication and collaboration abilities, as well as independent leaders who are able to take initiative.
