This ambitious company specialise in bespoke housing design and build across the Midlands with sites ranging from single units to large developments. They pride themselves on a high quality service and finish across all of their projects and in line with their business growth plans are looking to expand, gain larger sites and double turnover whilst offering the same excellent level of service. Now they are looking to bring on a Construction Manager to assist in the management of projects and growth of the company.

In this role you will be both office and site based across the Midlands, based in the office based near Cannock. You will be responsible for managing and organising subcontractors, meeting and liaising with building control, reporting progress, managing programming and materials and ensuring high quality and standards are met across the project. You will be motivated, ambitious, driven and excited about the company and the prospect of having a major voice within the company and directly impacting the success of the business.
