Their portfolio has continued to grow and is expecting to consistently expand over the coming years, requiring highly qualified individuals to continue providing an industry leading service.In this role you will be conducting maintenance on a variety of electrical installations across multiple solar farms providing thorough reports to ensure operations continue smoothly. It provides you with autonomy to ensure work is completed to a high standard and also to engage and manage any subcontractors on site. You will receive full training into the solar equipment and have continual updates throughout the year.The ideal candidate will have experience in a maintenance role on industrial sites with an NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent. They will have a broad range of knowledge across electrical systems such as cables, inverters, connectors, monitoring and communications but will also be looking to expand their knowledge and continually develop.This is a fantastic opportunity for an industrial maintenance electrician to join the solar industry in a role that has extensive training and development.

The role:

*Inspection and reporting on operations across solar farms.

*Routine maintenance on electrical installations.

*Fault finding on electrical components.

*Working with and managing external subcontractors to complete maintenance tasks.

The person:

*Experience in installation and maintenance of electrical systems on industrial sites.

*NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent.

*Clean UK driving licence.

*Willing to travel between multiple sites.

*Solar experience and SMSTS desirable.
