£28,000 + Holiday + Progression An amazing opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join a leading Energy distributor within the Energy industry. You will be helping provide essential Support to the IT teams. The company in question has a real solid footing not only in the UK but also in Europe and South Africa and is looking to continue the growth by adding a Support Analyst to the team. In this role, you will be working in collaboration with developers and other specialist areas and helping with maintenance and support services delivering this directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. Utilising SQL and Excel. The ideal candidate will come from a Support background dealing with Online applications and be confident in using SQL & Excel A fantastic opportunity to join a lead Energy distributor that is expanding and surpassing market expectations and on offer is the chance to get on board and get hands-on in helping to provide support.

The Role: Implementing working practices to support iterative/agile development and/or cloud-based applicationsProviding training to users including enhanced levels of support following new/updated software releasesBug fixing & problem-solving #Monitoring performance of applicationsUpdating Documentation£28,000 + Holiday +Progression
