Agile Delivery Manager

My client is an online retail & social marketplace curator - giving international coverage of retail trends to huge numbers of users across a variety of platforms. Creators, influencers and brand ambassadors utilise the wide variety of products within an all-encompassing application that enables interactions on a huge scale and indexes useful content from sources across the internet. Their exceptional technology teams create high-calibre software in a local environment and leverage their development and operational expertise to continuously produce market leading software. Owning the delivery process for a variety of projects within a wide portfolio of products, this is an integral role with an existing agile environment.

Experience:

2+ years working as a scrum Master and/or Agile Delivery manager

Have experience working in a product driven setting

Applied Agile knowledge,

Process and framework experience, beyond facilitating ceremonies

Be confident when highlight risks, dependencies and delivery issues

Strong communication skills

Experience with digital transformation

Strong estimation, definition of workflow and JIRA expertise

Stakeholder management skills, particularly with product and delivery ‘heads of'

Experience with both Scrum and Kanban and demonstrable experience working within a squads and tribes setting, akin to the Spotify way of working, you'll be comfortable delivering solutions alongside cross functional members of the team. Paying up to £70,000, this role is for someone who can hit the ground running and offers a clear career trajectory into a Senior role and eventually even Agile Coach.
