About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced (Midweight or Senior) UI/UX Designer to join our growing national Creative Design team. We're looking for someone with strong user-centred and visual design skills, who communicates clearly and persuasively to clients and engages with colleagues. You will support the team by working with the web development team and other designers to deliver world class engaging websites and applications.

Responsibilities and requirements

*Full digital project lifecycle - from brief and pitch to usability and build - and active input where required

*Confident in running or contributing to workshops, gathering feedback and running user interviews

*Create digital designs that take on-board the KPIs and creative brief that have been defined with the client

*Conduct concept and usability testing and gathering feedback

*Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

*Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

*Collaborate with team members and clients to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and user experience

*Create prototypes that can communicate to clients and customers for user testing

*Ability to design and prototype in Figma

*Proficient in designing high fidelity UI

*Ability to collaborate closely with developers

Desirable experience:

*Accessibility standards

*Knowledge of Bootstrap framework and component-based UI

*Knowledge of Scrum and Agile development methodologies is a plus

*Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
