Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in residential or commercial construction looking for a fantastic opportunity to make a difference within a growing company?

This company are experts in providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for all types of construction projects. They provide a complete range of services, ensuring that varied construction projects are properly tailored to their clients needs. They have experienced a large amount of growth recently so due to this expansion they are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to joint their close-knit team.

In this role, you will eb tasked with playing a key role in finalising tender submissions and negotiating main contractor positions on residential and commercial projects, varying in value. You will eb running subcontract packages ensuring reports and cost control reviews are managed on time providing advice and findings to Project Managers. You will be a confident communicator with contractors and the team. You will have direct liaison with suppliers, clients and contractors and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on a variety of construction project in difference sectors, including residential and commercial.
