Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Modular Build)

Exciting role on offer for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a bespoke and luxurious offsite construction company who provide sustainable housing, eco-friendly spaces and have an innovative and creative approach to design.

This company are an off-site construction company who have established a great reputation and consistently create high quality builds, which has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

In this role you will be tasked with working on completion and submission of new project tenders. You will be involved in Quantity Surveying tasks including process administration, inputting and communication management working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will work on preparing the specification, proposals, and scope of works. You will have direct liaison with suppliers, clients and contractors and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. There is a great deal of training and development on offer with this position.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Assistant / Junior Quantity Surveyor from a construction environment or have recently graduated with a Quantity Sruveying degree. You will have knowledge of the surveying process and have an eye for detail.
