EDI Consultant/Support specialist

Location: Biatorbágy (can be done remotely)

They are active in 27 countries and organised into four regions: North America, Continental Europe, UK & Ireland and Rest of the World. They are a focused and successful international distribution and outsourcing group with operations across the Americas, Europe and Australia.

Your new role:

As an EDI Consultant/Support specialist you will be supporting EDI and Supplier Portal implementations of international companies in the group, based on a single platform. You will be a member of Ecommerce team and act as a specialist in your field and will answer questions from your international colleagues. You are well aware of the digital developments and proactively think about the further improvements for the business. You are a strong communicator and take pleasure in advising your internal clients.

What you'll need to succeed:

The successful EDI Consultant/Support specialist will have a solid background in digital communications with proven experience in a similar role and the ability to build strong relationships with internal / external clients. You speak Hungarian and English fluently (other European languages are a strong plus) and you have strong communicative and analytic skills, service minded mentality and you are used to work in a result driven environment. More than basic knowledge of Edifact, XML standards Data models and communication protocols is necessary, as is a basic understanding of business processes.You will be involved in the E-Commerce strategy of the company and you are able to look at things from a broader perspective. Next to that, you like to be a sparring partner and business partner for your internal international colleagues and our EDI service provider.
