£35,000 - £40,000 per annumA growing technology organisation based in Coventry are looking to hire an experienced Technical Consultant to join their established team. This role has been created due to continual growth, they currently have a team of 4 Technical Consultants, but due to demand from their customers, there is a need to bring in a 5th to play a vital role in the success of their customer integration projects. This role will be varied & you will be working across the whole life cycle from pre-sales to the active deployment of the business’ solutions. Responsibilities:
Support customer & 3rd party integrations.Provide training to customers.Troubleshoot & diagnose software issues.Be able to be client facing, answering customer questions in a confident & detailed manner.Skills:
A background & understanding of technology.Previous experience in a customer facing role.Attention to detail.Ideally some understanding with scripting languages.Benefits:
