This commercial fit out company primarily focus on office fit out and supply to a wide range of blue chip companies. Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for an Estimator with experience in internal fit out that can contribute to their growth and success. The company actively encourage the development of their staff and pride themselves on putting their people first.

In this role you will be office based but also be covering sites across the North West. You will be overseeing all commercial aspects of projects, engaging in activities including but not limited to, the co-ordination of design and sub-contractor pricing within agreed timeframes, preparing detailed cost plans/budget guidance for client presentation and review, arranging site surveys with contractors and ensuring there is a thorough examination of quotes and checking that every element of the scope is accounted for within the pricing.

This role offers progression opportunities, working on challenging and technologically advanced office fit out projects - in a fast paced environment, working alongside an established and experienced team.

The Role:

Estimator

Co-ordination of design and subcontractor pricing

Preparation of detailed cost plans

Arranging Site Surveys with Contractors

The Person:

Fit Out experience

Experienced user of Microsoft Excel/Outlook

Experience in Quantity surveying/Estimating/pre contracts role
