The advisory work that they cover spans across audit, Accountancy, tax, corporate finance and consulting.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a IT Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Support) for a 6 Month contract based remotely.Purpose of the Role:As the first line of support for our 17,000 UK employees, you'll have to be on the ball. Delivering first-time fixes across a variety of applications and technologies requires aptitude. It's a busy team that demands a 'can-do' attitude to problem solving. The ability to take ownership and manage a problem to its successful resolution will be key.
