Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager We are currently working with a market leading IT Marketing specialist, who work with some of the largest companies across Europe covering the Retail, Television Production, Banking & Beauty industries. Due to continuous growth plans and new customer acquisition our client is searching for an experience Agile Coach/Scrum Master that is looking to take a step into Project Management. This will be working on a Hybrid Model out of either of their Gothenburg or Stockholm offices.

Role & ResponsibilitiesFacilitate collaboration between PO, development team and stakeholderFacilitate main sprint and quarterly eventsHelp team to remove impediments and decrease the level of uncertaintyHelp team to track their Objectives and Key ResultsSupport team performance review process

Skills & QualificationsExcellence in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, scaled frameworks)Extensive industry experience as an effective Project Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Coach - 4 years+Proven experience building strong high-performance teamsHands on experience working with Jira or similar systems.
