Top-line dutiesDevelopment of analytical solutions to support CRM's contact strategy.Development of triggers, machine learning models and personalisation features.Performing randomised controlled trials to test, learn and optimise performance.Performing ad-hoc analysis to support development and measurement of comms strategy.Key skillsHands-on analytics experience and familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SAS, SQL Python, R).Experience of working with large and complex data-sets.Ability to turn business problems into analytical solutions.Strong ability to network with internal and external partners.Able to work with many simultaneous tasks in a pressurised, time-sensitive environmentHSBC CAREER HUBhttps://jobs.elevatedirect.com/tapfin/index.html
