This is very unique opportunity to join a start up company based in London, working on memory technology. In this role, the AMS Verification Engineer will be working with a small dynamic team that aims to develop a novel memory technology. The Engineer will be working closely with the engineering team and will undertake various activities within the team where the individual will have the opportunity to make a significant impact. Responsibilities include:Work with silicon design, verification, and validation tools to guide successful product implementationUnderstand transistor level designDevelop the automated verification flows in EDA toolsData and statistical analysisIndustry degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in low power AMS Verification in advanced FinFET nodes ideally with some experience in non-volatile memory (FeRAM, MRAM, PCM, ReRAM, or Flash), embedded and/or standalone memory chips. Experience is required in C or C++ programming or other programming languages such as Perl or Python ideally with strong scripting skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with enthusiasm and the ability to show initiative are important qualities for this role. You will be self-motivated and creative with a passion for achieving success and excellence.
