IT Support Engineer
£35,000-£38,000 + Ongoing Training + Progression + Pension + Hybrid remote working

This well-established business who provides their solutions to the public and private sector! They are looking to bring in another IT Support employee to help support with their IT issues.
1st and 2nd line support work in a small team covering technology including Office 365, Active directory, Windows 10, Microsoft. You'd be responsible for communicating with staff on IT needs, User and computer administration, testing, installing, and updating software, resolving any hardware or software issues, management and troubleshooting of tasks alongside existing external support. You would need to be confident with any ad hoc IT duties that could arise which may need to be completed outside of working hours, so flexibility is a required attribute.

* Working withing a small but experienced IT team
* Gradually progression across new technology
* Hybrid remote working
* At least 3 years' experience in IT support
* 1st and 2nd line support experience
* Excellent knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and Active directory
* Basic Knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN Infrastructure
