3 month assignment for an immediately available IT Support Analyst to join a large IT team near Tonypandy.Client DetailsOur client are a public sector and government business. DescriptionThe IT Support Analyst will:Provide 1st/2nd line technical supportEscalating tickets as appropriate in line with ITIL best practiceProviding a high level of customer serviceDocumenting tickets effectively to help future supportWorking in a organised and timely mannerHardware and Software (Dell, HP, Microsoft, Windows, etc.)ProfileThe IT Support Analyst will have:Proven knowledge Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (7 - 10)Microsoft Office 2010 - 2016 and Office 365Experience of working on an ITIL based helpdeskActive Directory administrationProvide solutions to desktop / mobile and systems problemsFriendly and approachable telephone mannerGood communication skillsTeam PlayerLive near Tonypandy for commuting to sitePrevious exposure to Public sector and government working environments. Job OfferThe IT Support Analyst will get a competitive rate:Up to £170 per day, inside IR35Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week3 month assignment, possible extension
