Job Description:You must be able to demonstrate an innate understanding for user-centred empathetic design; be familiar with agile and lean workflows, design thinking, and applications such as; Adobe XD, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Miro, etc. Some experience is preferred, though not entirely essential, do not let a lack of experience hold you back - we certainly won't.Essential to this role:Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skillsA keen enthusiasm for systems, routes, and optimisationAbility to liaise directly with all stakeholders, define requirements, and discuss optionsConduct and coordinate research, tests, and analysisPresent research findings and ideate solutions, user journeys, flow diagrams, and wireframesExperience with rapid prototyping, user tests, refinement, and high-fidelity prototype(s)Solid understanding of the complexities, freedoms, and limitations when designing for digital applications.Excellent organisational, time and project management skillsAbility to think creativelyMathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skillsAccuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of WCAG standardsPreferred, though not essential:Flutter, HTML and CSSMotion graphicsKnowledgeable in file formatsGood housekeepingA way with words and an eye for interface design3+ years UX design / Relevant higher qualifications
