Our client are looking to hire a Software Development Engineer in Test / SDET with experience in Automation testing, PHP Development, Laravel, BDD, API Testing, Git, Selenium on a permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity to join a young company that provides marketing and development for the online gaming marketplace.
The company are based in Watford but this will be a mixture of being both office based and working from home.
Currently the mix is three days per week in the office and two days working from home.
Our Client is offering the successful a salary up to £85,000 based on experience.
This role will be for you to work closely with the software engineering teams to evolve the automation build, bring new ideas and solve problems.
Skills needed
Experience commercially with Automated testing (ideally of PHP applications)Experience with PHP scripting languageExperience with PHP development frameworkKnowledge or use of Laravel / SymfonyVersion control software GitWriting automated integration and unit testsExperience with PHPUnit and Selenium beneficialDesirable experience with Jira, CI/CD pipelines, Docker
