£60,000 - £70,000 DOE + Holiday, Progression, Pension and Training

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Cloud Engineer to join a well-established business listed on the London Stock Exchange in a technical and highly varied role.

This company have been operating for over 20 years in the FinTech space with offices in London, Atlanta and Kuala Lumpur to name a few. Their SaaS platform connects more than half the Fortune 500 and is streamlining the way buyers and suppliers interact.

In this role you will be responsible for the deployment and support of Cloud Technologies within their AWS hosted financial service business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day effectiveness and security of the AWS hosted platform and ensure all cloud systems and services are fully monitored, secured and available. You will identify opportunities to remove cost, complexity and instability of their cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have demonstratable expertise in supporting and designing IaaS/SaaS platforms and services, automation platforms such as Cloud Formation, Ansible (or similar). As well as system administration experience of Microsoft and Linux technologies including the patching, securing and monitoring of such systems. You will have a good understanding of CI/CD pipeline management and detailed knowledge of networking infrastructure, communication protocols and security is desirable.

The Role:

*Maintain effectiveness and security of AWS hosted platforms

*Identify opportunities to remove cost, complexity and instability of the cloud infrastructure

*Ensure all cloud systems are fully monitored, secured and available

*Based 2 days a week in London office

The Person:

*Experienced managing CI/CD pipelines

*Experienced supporting and Designing AWS hosted IaaS/SaaS platforms and services

*Experienced with system administration of Linux and Microsoft technologies.

*Detailed knowledge of networking infrastructure, communication protocols and security is desirable

*AWS certification, MCSE, CCNA and CCNP all desirable

*Must be commutable to London
